Today is speech day.The day that i was like looking forward to.Early morning,i went to school and lesson till 10.45am.After that i,ronny,jia hui,natalie ,chay and xiao xuan went to greenridge shoping centre banquet by cab.We had a hard time stopping the cab so that we can take.After waiting for abt 15 mins,we managed to take the cab and make our way to the place.Upon reaching there,we started to order food-jiahui and i ordered seafood hor fun while xiao xuan ordered carrot cake,natalie ordered hokkien mee ,ronny ordered some noodle and chay ordered soup with different types of food in it.We ate for abt 35 mins and then chay ordered fruits for us to eat while ronny went to the stinking toilet at the kopitiam.After that we ate and play with the ice cubes that were on the fruit plate.Later we took cab back to school and wait at the study area for yu shan,sonia and dania to come.After they come we went to the canteen to have lunch.At abt 1.20 pm we went to the mrl to see mr terence.We sat there till 3.00pm.Later rahimah and i went to the avt to register our name.Today our ex students came back to school to collect their prize.But there are about 8 ex student who were not allow to go on stage to collect the prize because of their attire.As we wait there till 5.00pm,mr chow played the sec1 camp video,2007 swimming carnival and thesport day video.It was quite fun watching it and i can spot some familliar faces who were caught on the camera.At 5.10 pm,we then left the avt and proceed to the school hall and sat in a row of 12.When it was my turn to go up on the stage i was quite happy about it as this is my second time going up on the stage on speech day.After the event finished the media crew members went back to the mrl.We sat there and was like enjoying the aircon until a teacher come to the mrl. The teacher told us that at 7.50pm,the founder of our school will emerged out from his graves and will walk around the school.He also said that one of the school teacher saw another teacher talking to the founder of our school.We were so petrified till that we quickly ran back home at about 7.15pm.We sent yu shan to the bus stop and then procced back home.When i reach home, my mom brought my brother and me down to the coffee shop to have dinner.Once i reached home,i change,bath and then slept until 12.40am because my tenant was like fighting and my mom actually call the police due to having the fear that people will complain.Later at about 12.50 am,the police came and had a good talk with my tenant.
That was what had happened for today.

Yesterday on 21/04/08,i got back my punjabi (mt) mid-year result.while my teacher were searching my results out of a whole pile of result,i was praying to god because it was my first time doing an express punjabi paper.When she found my results,i was so scare n i was like no no no i do not want to see it,But then my mum told me that i got 70%,i was a little bit happy and a little bit sad because last year i got 79% for the normal academic mt paper and i was like hopping to get A1 for mt ,but then after 20 mins,i started to tell myself ,i must get 80% for mt in the end of year examination. Later,my mum showed my result and my bro result to my aunty who is also a mt teacher at bedok centre.Basically the mt school in singapore is divided into three centre such as khalsa which will be toa payoh,clementi and last but not least bedok.Okay back to the what i was saying,my aunt said that this year i and my bro got A2 for mt and she also ask me to work even harder as i have the potenial to get even better results.When i heard that i was quite happy and from then on i told myself that i must get even better results for mt.

Today was a normal day for me as nothing exciting had happen.Hey guys do u know that today was the first time in this year i actually felt asleep in class during english lesson.But i manage to force myself to be awake.Today during maths lesson was quite fun actually because mr ong said things that made everbody laugh in the class.But i will not tell u today about the thing he had said as i got to do my homework.So i will be ending my post with a poem about friendship.

Suggestions for Managing Exam Stress
Effective Study Habits - Many people feel overwhelmed at exam time - having to revise a lot of information in a short space of time and not understanding course material can be a big stress.
Keep your Routine Outside Studying and Take Regular Breaks - It's important to have regular study breaks and time for relaxation and exercise. Going for a walk, run, or to the gym is not a waste of time, it is a great way to clear your head and help you study better.
Watching your favourite TV show or going to the movies are also good ways to take a break from studying. Check out the factsheet on relaxation listed on the right hand side for more ideas to help you relax.
Limit Drugs - Caffeine (e.g. coffee, no-doz, V) and other drugs (e.g. speed, coke) give you a short lift before making you crash and burn. They can make you feel sick, and unable to sleep or concentrate properly. You actually study better with regular breaks, getting lots of sleep, and from exercising (really!).
Have a Number of Options for the Future - Getting the marks to get into your first preference is great, but it's not the end of the world if you don't - there are other options to get into your course. These include deferring and getting some practical experience in your field, doing further study, writing to the university, retaking some subjects in some cases, or transferring in after a year or two. And, if you do accept another offer, you may even find that you like it.
Manage Expectations - External pressures around exams can be huge. It can be hard to deal with, especially with family and people you respect, but you need to remember that it's your life and your exam, with you in control. Things that might help you manage expectations:
Base expectations on your past performance and doing the best you can do.
Put the exam in context. In the scheme of your life, how important is it? If you don't do as well as you'd hoped there are always other alternatives. It's not going to dictate whether you are a good or a bad person, or whether you are a success or failure. Exams can't measure these sorts of things - all they measure is how well you can present the material asked for by the examiner; nothing more, nothing less.
Take it as a compliment (admittedly this can be easier said than done). These people want you to do well, and think that you are capable of achieving. Their definition of 'achieving' is sometimes a little (or a lot) misguided, so you need to educate people about what you think is realistic. Talk to them, find out what they hope for you, and tell them what you are thinking and feeling.
Use the expectations of yourself and others to assist your studying. Talk to people about how you are feeling, see if they have any advice or help they can offer. It's important to ask for, and accept support from those around, especially family members.
Look After Your Body - It's easy to let exams get on top of you and to forget to look after yourself. If possible try to get a good nights sleep. It's a good time to make an effort to eat healthy, including eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Ask for and Accept Support - If you're feeling overwhelmed, you might find it helpful to talk to a teacher or counsellor. It's also important to ask for, and accept, support from your family if you can. This support might be practical, like picking you up from the library, or emotional, including advice or help. If you need to talk to someone outside the situation, call kidshelpline 1800 55 1800 or Lifeline 131 114 (both are anonymous, 24hr help lines and the number won't show up on your phone bill).
Remember...
There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. Exams have a beginning and an end, and the stress that goes along with them should end with the exam. Once the paper's in, there's nothing more you can do to (legally) influence the outcome - which means it's now time to chill and enjoy the summer.

Hi,i am back with more information about the events that happen today.Today was a tiring day as we were being dismissed from class at 12.30pm,we had to carried down he so call-singapore's related stuff to display it at the study area.we spent about 2 hrs in the ne room ,planning what kind of stuff can we bring.After that we brought the stuff down to the study area and display it.At about 2.30pm we had lunch and then i had to go to the cyber-cafe for the wedding rehersal performance at 4.35pm.After the rehersal finish at around 2.59pm,i went to my friends who were at the study area guarding the singapore's exibitions .Later at 3.30pm,i then changed into my traditional indian costume.At about 3.50pm,i then join my friend at the avt to watch the performance.Later at 4.00pm,there was a break ,so we use this to practice the dance.At about 4.25pm to 5.00pm,there was cultural performance by korea,philipine and vietnamese.Later at 5.00pm,it was the singapore turn to showcase the wedding rites by the malay and indian.Well,then later on the dance group perform a dance in the avt.Then the day of programme ended.After all i and my friends had something to bring back home-knowledge about other countries arround singapore.Byenow i am ending the post here.

I feel very angry/happy today.Cause today i and my friend were told by miss maari to set up the singapore exibition for the international friendship day tomolo.And then one teacher came to me n my friend as we were like putting the cloth to decorate the white board outside of the sch hall.She then said that the colour of the cloth is so ugly .The first reaction i and my friend gave was that arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,if u say that the way we do is nt nice n colour we choose is nt gd then u juz do urself..................................
But afterall i and my friends are doing a good deed so we control our feelings n gt back to wat we were doing..........
Today is the first time in my life,i went backhome late.Luckily for me my mum was like okay next time u coming back late please inform me.Today when i reach home,my bro was nt at home.good for me cause i will not get a chance to go online.
